For Circl by LearnPlayBond and learnplaybond.com, operated by LearnPlayBond. Your account is one across both — deleting it here deletes everything, everywhere.
How to delete your account
- In the Circl app: Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account. Confirm, and your request is filed immediately.
- Without the app (works for everyone): email [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject "Account deletion request". No app install needed.
Either way, we verify it's you, complete the deletion within 30 days, and email you a confirmation. Deletion requests are final — they can't be withdrawn.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile, on Circl and learnplaybond.com
- Children's and pregnancy profiles, and every observation you logged
- All Coach conversations and their history
- Generated activities and saved content
If you own a family circle with other active members, the app will ask you to transfer ownership (or remove members) first — so nobody's children's history disappears out from under them.
What we keep, with your identity removed
- Records of your consent choices — a legal audit trail we retain permanently
- Payment and tax records that Indian law requires us to keep
